Our 1 888 Number
Occasionally, due to local telephone network conditions, which are beyond our control, the toll free number, 1-888-840-9999, may not function from your area. This is a temporary problem and we would appreciate your assistance in solving this problem. Should this occur, please call our customer service number at 514-631-7799 or send us an email by clicking here. Please provide us with your name and address, 10 digit phone number you are calling from and the name of your phone company. We will use this information to contact your phone company and arrange for restoration of service.

Delays
We will try to inform you of any anticipated delays in fulfilling your order, and we check continuously for orders that may have slipped through a crack. However, if your order is taking longer than expected, and you haven't heard from us please feel free to contact us.

Availability

We do our best to keep the information on our site up-to-date, but there is usually a delay of at least a day between an item going out of stock and our database being updated. So, there is a small chance that a product listed on our site is actually out of stock.

If a product you order is out of stock we will back order it for you (i.e. we will keep the order active and ship your order complete when the missing item is back in stock). We rely on information from suppliers to know when products will be back in stock. Occasionally this information is inaccurate and sometimes it has not been available.


Partial Shipments
If an item remains back ordered for more than three weeks we will attempt to ship whatever products in your order are in stock and keep any other items on back order. If you purchased several items in one order, there is a chance that your order will be split-shipped and delivered on different dates since our products may be stored in different warehouse facilities.

Processing Errors
As soon as you complete your purchase you will receive a confirmation page containing all your order information, and if you provide your email address we will also email you a confirmation. Please check that the information we have reflects exactly what you want. If you spot an error please contact us immediately and we'll correct it. Since we deal with many different products, the occasional mistake is made. If you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible - we will correct the mistake and ship you the proper order as soon as possible.
