How do I place an order with ClearPointDirect.ca?

When you are finished shopping, make sure you have reviewed the contents of the shopping cart. Once done, click "Checkout" at the bottom of any page or on your "mini-cart" on the left of your page. You will be asked to enter a shipping address, a shipping method and payment information. When you are satisfied with your order, click "Checkout". Your order will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

What type of confirmation should I expect once I've placed an order?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. This email will detail what you have ordered. Please review this information and inform us of any corrections as soon as possible. Within 72 hours you will receive an email message informing you that your package has left our warehouse.

What about temporarily Out of Stock items?
If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship them as soon as they become available. What are your cancellation and refund policies?

What is a 3 Digit Card Verification Number?
For your safety and security, ClearpointDirect.ca requires that you enter your card's verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
